Privacy policy
Your family's
information.
How Tumble HQ collects, uses, and protects the information parents share with us. Effective October 24, 2026.
What we collect
- Private lesson bookings: parent or guardian name, mobile phone, email, student name(s), lesson date and time, reminder choice, and any notes you choose to add (for example skills to work on). Notes are optional. If you mention an injury or health condition, we use it only to coach your athlete safely.
- Questions typed in the chat box: the chat answers from information built into our website, right in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or anyone else unless you choose "Send to our office". The conversation is saved only in your browser tab and is cleared when you close it.
- Questions sent to our office (the website question form, or "Send to our office" in the chat box): your name, email, phone (optional), your athlete's name and age (optional), your message, and, from the chat box, the chat so far. Our office receives every message by email and replies to you.
- Class registration and payments: handled by our registration and payment providers (Jackrabbit, and our online payment checkout). Card and bank details go directly to those providers. Tumble HQ's website never sees or stores card numbers.
How we use it
- To schedule lessons and classes, send confirmations and reminders, and contact you about your athlete's training.
- To answer your questions and help with placement, billing, and parties.
- To keep our records accurate and our gym safe.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Text messages
If you opt in to text reminders when booking, Tumble HQ will text the mobile number you provide about your lessons only (confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Children's information
Information about athletes, including children under 13, is provided by their parent or guardian, who consents to our use of it to schedule and coach their athlete. We collect only what we need, such as an athlete's name and any notes the parent chooses to share. Our online forms are meant for parents, guardians, and adult athletes, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Who can see it
- Only Tumble HQ coaches and staff who need it to run lessons and classes.
- Our booking system shows other families only whether a time is open, never who booked it.
- Trusted service providers that run our systems on our behalf, such as Google (booking records, email and calendar), our text-message provider, our website host, and our registration and payment providers. They may use it only to provide those services.
- We may share information if required by law or to protect someone's safety.
How we protect it
Booking records are stored in a private, password-protected Google account, not on the public website. The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and strict browser security settings, the coach page is protected by a passcode, and change or cancel links are private to the family that booked. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it. If a security breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact information as long as needed to serve your family and keep accurate business records, then delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your family's information at any time. Call 469-967-5324 or send a message through our contact page. We will respond within 45 days. If we can't fully meet your request, we will explain why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying to that answer. If you still have concerns, you can contact the Texas Attorney General's Office.
Do Not Track
Because this website does not track visitors across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
