Cheer skills
Seasonal · usually January–March · currently paused
Getting ready for competitive, middle school, or high school cheer tryouts? Many tryouts are on a “dead mat,” a hard surface with no spring. This class practices the skills athletes need to make a squad there: round-off back handspring tucks, layouts, and fulls, standing tucks, standing back handsprings, and standing back walkovers. Each class is a $30 drop-in, paid ahead of time to reserve your spot.
